From the Publisher's Desk
Less than a year ago, I had the opportunity to attend Noria’s Partnership Summit and Reliable Plant Conference and Exhibition in the United States. This was in many ways an eye-opener in respect to the structured focus and emphasis given to lubrication in industry.
Being Noria’s partner for the Indian subcontinent, we decided to bring to India its first and only bimonthly magazine exclusively designed for Indian readers that covers various topics related to lubricants and lubrication. The purpose is to provide a platform for lubrication practitioners worldwide to share knowledge, experience and the best practices that enhance the reliability of industrial machines and equipment.
After months of hard toil and rigorous efforts, we take pride and delight in presenting the premiere edition of Machinery Lubrication India. Similar to Noria’s renowned Machinery Lubrication magazines in relation to its exclusive content and informative focus, Machinery Lubrication India will offer technical articles and case studies, latest news, research and insight pertaining to the Indian industry. As lubricants play a vital role in increasing the efficiency of machines and equipment widely used in manufacturing industries, Machinery Lubrication India serves as a pillar of support in promoting industrial development in India.
Our primary objectives:
- To provide an educational platform for lubrication practitioners, manufacturers and buyers dealing with additives, cutting fluids, coolants and machinery lubrication.
- To offer valuable information regarding latest innovations and use of advanced technology in processing lubricants.
- To highlight eco-friendly practices pertaining to conservation, contamination control, renewal and environmentally safe disposal practices.
I would like to extend my gratitude toward Jim Fitch, Mike Ramsey, Jason Sowards and Austin O'Kelley (from Noria), Sumita Maniktala (from SM Associates) and Sudhir Singhal (from VAS Tribology Solutions) for their sincere efforts in helping us realize the dream of presenting Machinery Lubrication India to our valuable readers in the Indian subcontinent and the Middle East.
We would appreciate constructive feedback from our readers to help us improve the quality of content in the future. The contribution
of articles and case studies pertaining to the manufacturing industry is being solicited by our editorial board. We would be more than happy and obliged to publish your views and opinions.
Our heartiest thanks to all our advertisers who have chosen our publication to display their products and services.
We look forward to your support and guidance in providing good coverage and exposure, thereby making Machinery Lubrication
India a well-acclaimed name in the field of lubrication and lubricants.
I would like to wish all the readers and their families a very Happy Dashera and Durga Puja.
