Training and Certification
A 4 day Live Online & Interactive Training on Essentials of Machinery Lubrication on Essentials of Machinery Lubrication was conducted for the Engineering team of JK Tyres comprising of participants from 5 plant sites- Sriperumbudur (Tamil Nadu), Jaykaygram (Rajasthan), Mysore (Karnataka), Banmore (M.P.) & Haridwar (Uttrakhand).
As a part of the post-training engagement, projects were assigned to one team at each plant location and the progress and project completion were monitored on a regular basis. Two quizzes are also being conducted to ensure knowledge retention.
